Exploring Zanthorrea Nursery

Last weekend we decided to fill in the afternoon by exploring Zanthorrea Nursery.  Here are some photos from our visit.

They have a great display garden, this area was called the Outback Garden.  The lizard sculpture by the sign was a great addition, and the red flowering shrub - Beaufortia aestiva - is something we are thinking of putting in our garden.

This chalk board at the entrance was pretty eye-catching.  Eremophila will definitely be on our list for a hardy ground cover.

We both loved the sculptural quality of this Eucalyptus macrocarpa and its silvery grey foliage.

..and how's this for a creative way to use a broken pot!
